  Russia has accused Ukraine of launching a drone strike on a nuclear plant in Russia's Kursk region on its 34th Independence Day, setting it on fire. A transformer was damaged in the fire at a nuclear plant, but no one was injured.

Fire also broke out near a fuel terminal
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said it had learned of the incident from the media but could not independently confirm it. "The security of every nuclear plant must be ensured at all times," said the agency's head, Rafael Grossi.

Meanwhile, a fire also broke out at the Ust-Luga port in Russia's Leningrad region, which houses a major fuel export terminal. According to officials, about 10 Ukrainian drones were shot down, the debris of which caught fire.

Russian Defense Ministry Claims
The Russian Defense Ministry claimed that it shot down 95 Ukrainian drones from Saturday night to Sunday. The Ukrainian Air Force said that Russia also fired 72 drones and a cruise missile, of which 48 were shot down or jammed.
