Big blow to CM Arvind Kejriwal, will have to appear in court tomorrow, court refuses to stay summons

  New Delhi - Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has received a big blow from the Sessions Court in the money laundering case related to liquor scam. The Sessions Court at Rose Avenue has refused to stay the summons issued by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate on the complaints of the ED. After a two-day hearing on Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's plea to stay the summons, the Sessions Court pronounced its verdict. The court has directed Kejriwal to appear on March 16. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed two complaints in the court against Kejriwal for not appearing despite repeated summonses. ED has issued eight summons against Kejriwal for questioning.
