  Melbourne: Khalistani supporters beat an Indian student with a rod in Maryland, a suburb of Sydney. At the time of the attack, they were raising slogans of Khalistan Zindabad. A 23-year-old student working as a part-time driver said that at half past five on Friday morning, four-five Khalistan supporters attacked him while he was going to work. At that time he was sitting on the driving seat. He was dragged out of the vehicle and everyone started beating him with a rod. During the attack, two people were making videos and raising slogans of Khalistan Zindabad. They were saying that this is a lesson to oppose the Khalistan issue. Be prepared to learn more lessons if not improved. The New South Wales Police admitted him to the hospital after being informed. He has sustained serious injuries on his head, foot and hand.
