  New Delhi: The airline has taken action regarding the incident of urination in the Air India flight. Air India has issued a show-cause notice to four cabin crew and a pilot for urinating on a female co-passenger in business class. Apart from this, the names of five jawans have also been removed from the roster. Air India has started an investigation Air India has also launched an internal inquiry into whether there was negligence on the part of the staff in serving alcohol on board, which showed negligence in handling the incident, filing of complaints by the staff and redressal of the complaint, among other aspects. Air India CEO statement Air India CEO and Managing Director Campbell Wilson said in a statement, "Air India is deeply concerned about the incident that took place on the flight. We deeply regret the loss caused by the heinous acts of fellow passengers on board. I am very saddened by the event." Moreover, Air India has admitted that these matters could have been handled better.
