'Immigrants give jobs and boost the economy'; Trump is stuck at home after calling India a hell

Digital Desk, New Delhi. A controversial post by US President Donald Trump on social media has created a stir. He shared a transcript of a podcast by radio host Michael Savage, in which he described countries like India and China as 'hell'. Indian-American lawmakers, community leaders and the Indian government have expressed strong displeasure over this statement.

Trump shared an episode of Michael Savage's 'Savage Nation' podcast on 'Truth Social'. In it, Savage questioned America's birth-based citizenship law and alleged that people from India and China come to America and have children in the last month, so that the child can immediately become an American citizen and later the whole family can come there.
